媽咪雞蛋仔 @ 紅磡 - 初次嘗試


搬到紅磡四年多, 每次經過媽咪雞蛋仔舊舖也沒有停下來試一試有名雞蛋仔. 今日做完GYM經過民泰街看見新舖,沒有想就直接order 左一餅原味來試.





試過後發覺味道很好 , 不是十分甜 , 入面有蛋味又軟化,外面就脆卜卜,外脆內軟,有點像西灣河果檔,  不會像是用炭爐烘做出來的雞蛋仔,內裡實心鬆化有口感.

邊食邊行回家時,想起細個有得食雞蛋仔的開心感覺,確實那些年。。。

結論: E間舖可以一試,然後再試

Hong Kong Style Pancake. Traditional one, original favor. Taste good, the "shell" outside is crispy, the "heart" inside is soft and sweet.

If you visit Hung Hom next time, don't miss this shop. Buy one and have a try!
